COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
Castelmec is compensated on performance. We sell your product. We get paid. Unlike a distributor, Castelmec will not drive manufacturers margins down. Castelmec works with our manufacturers to increase overall profitability.
MANUFACTURER SELECTION
Castelmec’s product committee goes through an analysis of your products’ potential in the region with information submitted by you and analysis performed by our Team. Once we confirm the product’s viability, we go to work selling your products as we build your brand.
